If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the website without our written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

Table Reservations

Booking

Table reservations can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. All reservations are subject to availability. A reservation confirms your table for the date and time specified. We recommend arriving on time, as tables may be released to other guests after a 15-minute grace period.

Cancellation

We appreciate advance notice if you need to cancel or modify your reservation. Please cancel at least 2 hours before your reserved time. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future booking privileges.

No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reserved time without prior notice, your reservation may be canceled and the table released. Guests who repeatedly fail to honor reservations may be required to prepay for future bookings.

Day Rate Memberships

Four Chairs Social offers day rate access for guests who wish to use our space and game library. Day rates are subject to change and are posted on our website and at our location.

• Day rate access is valid for the date of purchase only and is non-transferable
• Day rates are non-refundable once your session has begun
• We reserve the right to limit capacity for safety and comfort
• Additional membership options may be available — see our Memberships page for current offerings

Online Purchases

Payment

All online purchases are processed through Square. By making a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to applicable sales tax. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice, though changes will not affect orders already placed.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Physical products: May be returned within 14 days of receipt in unused, original condition for a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Event tickets: Refundable up to 48 hours before the event. No refunds within 48 hours of the event unless the event is canceled by us.
• Day rates and memberships: Non-refundable once your session or membership period has begun.

To request a refund, contact us at (337) 540-1287. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Order Fulfillment

We make every effort to fulfill orders promptly. Product availability is subject to change. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund or a comparable alternative.

SMS/Text Messaging Program

By opting in to our SMS program, you consent to receive text messages from Four Chairs Social including reservation confirmations, order updates, event announcements, and promotional offers.

• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a final confirmation message.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance or call (337) 540-1287.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Four Chairs Social is not responsible for charges from your mobile carrier.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Age requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our SMS program.
• Privacy: Your phone number and opt-in data will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
